People sometimes ask us why our specialty food products are different than the big store brands. The answer is simple. Our fruit jams are made using old-fashioned pure cane sugar and not corn syrup. No additives and definitely no preservatives. We use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, like sweet strawberries, apples, and peaches! We are low sugar fruit jams to keep the flavor profile of the fruit in tact and we are also considered gluten free jams including our pectin. Good for the whole family to enjoy on a variety of meals.
